• Historic charm with modern comfort: exposed beams, original stonework, and a welcoming fully equipped farmhouse kitchen for whole family meals and celebrations, plus Wi-Fi, board/card games, and extremely comfortable beds.

• Spacious family living: large living room with log-burner, child-friendly dining area, and plenty of room for board games and movie nights.

• Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, modern oven, hob, electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, Tassimo coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to prepare family feasts or simple seaside suppers.

• Outdoor space: enclosed patio with BBQ, safe play area for little ones, and uninterrupted views of rolling fields - perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. You also have shared use of 3.5 acres of beautiful grounds to play hide and seek (ask us about our ‘Fairy Treasure Hunt!’ and yes, the grown ups can play too!), table tennis, football, volleyball, badminton, and swing ball. Chill on one of the deck chairs from our Beach Hut which has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach - no need to fill the car with buckets and spades, they're all there for you to loan.

• Sleeps 10 comfortably: flexible bedroom layouts and travel-cot/highchair available on request (please mention at booking).

• Easy access to beaches & attractions: with Ilfracombe just minutes away, and Woolacombe a short 10-minute drive, you are within easy reach of golden sands, coastal paths, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and farm shops.

The ground floor is designed for togetherness. At its centre is a vast, open-plan living area featuring a magnificent inglenook fireplace - perfect for cosy evenings after a day on the coast. The farmhouse kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped for large-scale catering and featuring a farmhouse table that easily seats 10 for long, lively dinners.

Restful Retreats (5 Bedrooms)

• A ground-floor double: This bedroom has its own en-suite shower and is perfect for those preferring to avoid stairs.

• The Master Suite: A very spacious first-floor sanctuary with a king-size bed and private en-suite.

• Entertainment Ready: Three further bedrooms on the first floor include a king-size double, a flexible twin/double, and a standard twin. Two of these rooms feature their own Smart TVs for quiet mornings in bed.

• Family Comfort: A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves the first-floor rooms with a separate WC next door.

Step outside to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the rolling Devon countryside and the Bristol Channel. The gardens offer a peaceful spot for sundowners with some amazing sunsets, while the farm’s quiet hilltop location ensures total relaxation.

We know that a day at the beach usually involves a car full of sandy gear. To make your life easier, guests have use of our dedicated Beach Hut. It’s stocked with buckets, spades, surfboards, and wind breakers so you can head down to Woolacombe Beach with nothing but a towel and a smile.

Explore the harbour and restaurants of Ilfracombe just minutes away, or take a short 10-minute drive to the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach, world-renowned for its surfing and beauty. Don’t want to take the car? There is a bus stop just 300 yards from the property that services Combe Martin, Woolacombe, Illfracombe, Brauton, and Barnstaple.
