From the M5 take Junction 27 and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple.
Travel through Barnstaple continuing to follow the A361 to Braunton and then on to Ilfracombe.
Approximately 12 miles from Barnstaple you will approach the outskirts of Ilfracombe.
You will arrive at Mullacott Cross Roundabout, take the turning towards Ilfracombe.
Once you pass the ‘Depot’, look for the ‘Ilfracombe’ sign. Higher Mullacott Farm is the second turning on the left past this sign (approx. 500 yards from the roundabout).
If you get to Mullacott Equestrian Centre you have gone too far.
Arrival time at Higher Mullacott Farmhouse is from 4pm and departure time is before 10am.
The Farmhouse has 4 designated car parking spaces.
All parking spaces are clearly marked and you will also receive a map prior to arrival to show you where they are located.

Hello, I'm Tina and, along with my husband, Mark, we live and look after the Cottages here at Higher Mullacott Farm. We have been here for some years now but the properties have been family holiday lets for over 20 years. Since we've been here on the farm we have made many upgrades to the properties to ensure you have the most perfect family holiday and come back to see us again as so many of our guests do.
We live on site so are both available for any help or assistance you may need during your stay. Our daughter, Jessica (11years) loves to make friends with any children who stay and will show them the best hide and seek spots!
