Location
From the M5 take Junction 27 and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple.
Travel through Barnstaple continuing to follow the A361 to Braunton and then on to Ilfracombe.
Approximately 12 miles from Barnstaple you will approach the outskirts of Ilfracombe.
You will arrive at Mullacott Cross Roundabout, take the turning towards Ilfracombe.
Once you pass the ‘Depot’, look for the ‘Ilfracombe’ sign.
Higher Mullacott Farm is the second turning on the left past this sign (approx. 500 yards from the roundabout).
If you get to Mullacott Equestrian Centre you have gone too far.
Arrival time at The Stables is from 4pm and departure time is before 10am.
The Stables has 2 designated car parking space.
All parking spaces are clearly marked and you will also receive a map prior to arrival to show you where they are located.

25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 28 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €293 is due.

Hi! I’m Tina. My husband Mark and I live here on the farm and love looking after the cottages, which have been family holiday homes for over 20 years. We’ve made many upgrades to ensure your stay is perfect, and we’re always on-site if you need a hand!
There’s plenty to keep everyone busy, including our new Fairy Treasure Hunt for all ages. Our 11-year-old daughter, Jessica, also loves making new friends and sharing the best hide-and-seek spots! Â
